Requirements for the Submission of Descriptors

Attention: Only plain text files
are accepted
Propositional Data
(e.g. chemical properties)
- Tab separated Table (*plain* ascii)
- First Line: Descriptors
- First Column: TR Numbers

Relational Data
(e.g. chemical (sub)structures, local
properties)
Content
You should provide your descriptors for all (or
almost all) compounds. Please indicate compounds with missing
values. At the end of the Model Construction phase we will
require you to calculate the same set of descriptors for our test
set. Please be prepared.
Submission
Use anonymous ftp to put your data on ftp://helma.informatik.uni-freiburg.de/incoming/.
Additional Information
Each submission should be
accompanied by a email to helma@informatik.uni-freiburg.de.
It should contain a short description of your parameters, the
methods you have used and your contact adress.
